Payment and Commission Policy
Pet Portraits by Stephanie accept a variety of payment methods for all original artwork and fine art prints purchased directly through the website.
For all custom portrait commissions, the following terms apply:
Payment Method: All payments for commissions must be made via direct bank transfer.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your commission booking. Work on your portrait will begin only after this deposit has cleared.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is payable upon the completion of your portrait.
Shipping: Your completed portrait will be shipped once the final payment has been successfully received and cleared in our bank account.
Returns & Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of custom commissions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind at any stage of the process.
